  1. I beg to differ with # 3. If you don’t know where your story is going in the first place what’s the point of even starting? Hmm.
    Hi. I haven’t jumped into this full pool yet. But it looks like it might be worth some laughs.
    Good morning.
    “Trying for theme”–LOL–yeah, makes writing seem brain dead from the get go. Ooo I have my computer ‘pen’ ready to go –but–ooo I’m just going to yap tap yap tap until I can find a theme and a point for this mess of words.
    Hmm, or am I just a tad touchy this morning? Not sure, but my tea is good so I should be nicer by the time it’s been drunk. 🙂

  2. Yeah, that was fun. Some good ideas.

    • Too funny! I’m OK with #3. Sometimes just writing whatever comes to my (brain-dead) mind develops into a story (although more often it goes nowhere and is just an exercise in writing) and sometimes the ‘theme’ evolves over the course of writing.
